Security Forces

Non-state and state public figures are under physical threat and at risk of physical injury, abduction, murder, settling of accounts, blackmail and acts of terror.

The Security Escort Course provides security escorts with professional tools that enable them to deal with the multitude of risks. The course aims at imparting practical and theoretical knowledge for the execution of security assignments at a high professional level.

 

Course Curriculum

• Fundamentals of personal protection

• Securing of individuals and twosomes

• Use of firearms

• Krav Maga Maor

• Vehicle-based protection

• Sabotage and handling suspicious objects

• First aid

• Armed and unarmed personal protection

• Telescopic club training

• Exercises and tests

 

Course Acceptance Requirements

• Lack of criminal record (certified)

• Good health and good physical fitness

• Age 21 and above

• Approval by Acceptance Committee

 

Study Framework

• Concentrated two-week course, with dormitory-style lodging

• The course is designed for both men and women

• Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a “Basic Security Escort” certificate

• Course instructors are graduates of Israel’s various security forces and have extensive field experience
