Training with children

Dear all,

first of all very good news from Italy: Our friend Giulio is recovering

from Covid-19! We wish him all very best and look forward to seeing him in autumn in Tarifa and/or a seminar in Italy next year!

Here is a video with many ideas for training with children ("you must

program" !)

And another very cool idea from Marco Pistolesi (thank you!)

Put a broomstick / stick in the ground if you have a garden or in an

auxiliary base (see picture) and put a balloon on top.

Paint it with a nasty virus face and then teach your children distance /

movements / fight (punches and kicks in direction

of the balloon)

Together will will overcome this situation!
