Please train hand grips with a family member this week.
We suggest:
Right hand grabs right wrist ("thumb to thumb and back")
Left hand grabs left wrist ("thumb to thumb and back")
Right hand grabs left wrist ("elbow to elbow" and move forward)
Left hand grabs right wrist ("elbow to elbow" and move forward)
Two hands grab right wrist ("grab your fist and move fist sideways
back")
Two hands grab left wrist ("grab your fist and move fist sideways
back")
Two hands grab two wrist (your left hand grabs wrist of enemy elbow to
elbow and move front to the right)
One or two hands grab right wrist from below (clap hands, move down
"sharp" and then move back)
One or two hands grab left wrist from below (clap hands, move down
"sharp" and then move back)
Two hands grab two wrists from below (clap hands and elbow up and
sideways front)
Grab two wrists from the back (move back with your body and at the same
time arms upwards
Please also think about the alternative opening techniques we use to
train.
