still at home with your children.
Training wise we would ask you to train T-shirt grabs this week
Please apply 2 different techniques for: (remember: if one technique
doesn't work, apply a second technique)
T shirt grab front 1 hand (attacker grabs with his left or right hand)
T shirt grab front 2 hands
T-shirt grab side (left or right side on lower sleeve)
T-shirt grab side (left or right side on shoulder)
T- shirt grab from the back one hand (grabs with his left or right hand)
T-shirt grab from the back with 2 hands
