Here we go again, another week in front of us and we hope that you are
As you know it is very important to do sports every day, to keep the
immune system fit and the spirits high.
Marco Pistolesi (grazie mille!) sent us a cool proposal for 3 different
circuits, which I gladly add.
We suggest for the
MAOR SELF DEFENSE TRAINING this week:
Train them first in the air and slowly (correct technique!) , then
faster and then if you have a punching bag or something similar (not
your husband or wife ;) !) train it on something solid.
first step: Make a SOLID fist!
then: punch right
then: left-right and MOVE (the logic is: always first punch and THEN
move, maybe in reality it is at the same time).
Remember: move forward= move diagonally forward
Remember: use your hips
Remember: also train to punch and (then) to move back
then: hook sideways (left and right)
Remember: the fist is upright
Remember: finish far up
then: hammer fist
then: hammer fist to the back
then elbow punch
Remember: arm up and use your hips. you can grab your fist if you want
hammer fist, left right etc etc. be creative!
